Who We Are
Fix Her Quote (fixherquote.com) is a marketplace that connects drivers with verified repair shops in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties, Florida. We help drivers get competing quotes on car repairs and help shops find new customers. We do not perform repairs ourselves and we are not a party to any agreement between a driver and a shop.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Fix Her Quote. By using the service, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that the information you provide is accurate.
How the Service Works for Drivers
Drivers upload a photo or PDF of a car repair estimate for free, with no obligation. Verified repair shops within 30 miles see the vehicle and the repair needed, but not the driver's name or the price on the original estimate. The driver's contact details are shared only with up to 5 shops that choose to bid. Drivers compare bids and choose one, or none. There is never any obligation to accept a bid.
How the Service Works for Shops
Shops receive job notifications for repairs near them that match the services they offer. A shop can view job details and choose to claim a job to place a bid. When a shop claims a job, it receives the driver's contact information so it can reach out with a quote.
Shop Fees and Payment
Shops pay $10.00 per job they claim. There is no subscription and no contract. The $10.00 lead fee is added to the shop's account when a job is claimed and is billed according to the shop's billing arrangement with Fix Her Quote.
Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information about your vehicle and repair needs. You may only upload documents that you have the right to share. Shops agree to provide accurate bids and to represent their services honestly. You are responsible for reviewing bids, evaluating shops, and making your own decision about whether to hire any shop.
Shop Verification
We screen shops before listing them on Fix Her Quote. This screening is a good-faith effort to surface legitimate businesses, but it is not a guarantee that a shop is trustworthy, qualified, or right for your job. You should still do your own research before choosing a shop.
Repairs Are Between You and the Shop
Any repair is a contract between you and the shop you choose. Fix Her Quote is not responsible for the work, the pricing, or any warranties a shop offers. Savings compared to your original estimate are not guaranteed.
No Warranties
Fix Her Quote provides a matching service and does not guarantee the quality, price, or timeliness of any repair. Bids are estimates provided by shops and are not binding until you and a shop agree on the work. We do not warrant the accuracy of any bid or the performance of any shop. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of Liability
Fix Her Quote is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service or from any work performed by a shop you connect with through our platform. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us, if any.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service. This includes providing false information, uploading documents you do not have the right to share, attempting to access another user's data, interfering with the service, or using the service for any unlawful purpose.
Termination
You can stop using Fix Her Quote at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for anyone who violates these terms or who we believe is misusing the service.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Florida.
